Diesel Technician - Full time position available. Locally owned and operated Kubota dealership in Faribault, MN
Must be able to work in fast paced environment, have good verbal and written communication skills, and work well in team and independently. Customer service skills and attention to detail a must. Complete repairs and maintenance on agriculture, lawn, material handling and compact construction equipment in house. Complete routine maintenance on equipment and new equipment assembly. Experience in repair and maintenance on small engine, diesel equipment, automotive repair, or material handling equipment preferred. Must have own tool set. Must have clean driving records, repair work may consist of traveling to local customer sites. Must be able to work on Diesel, LP, Electrical, Gas, powered equipment.

Duties:

· Disassembling, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic cylinders.

· This position will include precise measuring of parts and tolerances with micrometers and calipers.

· Welding skills are a plus but not needed

· A understanding of hydraulic systems, components, schematics, and diagrams.

· Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

 

Skill Required

· Proven experience as a Hydraulic Technician or similar role.

· Strong mechanical knowledge with an emphasis on hydraulics.

· Apply paint using various techniques.

· Ensure high-quality finishes on all painted surfaces.
