UniCarriers New Factory Order Promo + Inventory Reduction Promo

Eligibility: 

This promotion applies to new factory orders only placed during the promotional period.

Order Types:

• Inventory
• Rental
• Customer Orders

All must be new factory orders to qualify.

Exclusions:

This offer does not apply to existing dealer inventory or floor stock. 
 

Terms and Conditions:

• Valid for new Inventory, Rental and Customer order types placed during the promotional period.
• The discount will be in addition to the standard OnePartner discount level for each individual dealer.
• For Rental orders, the additional Short Term Rental Discount of 16.5% does not apply when using this promotion to place rental orders. The additional discount for rental orders will be in addition to the existing standard OnePartner discount level.
• Exclusions: Not applicable to dealer inventory units on backorder or floor stock.
• Promotional discounts are valid in the United States, Mexico and Canada only. 

General Terms and Conditions:

• Except as modified by the specific terms of the Promotion, the Promotion is subject to MLA’s Pricing Program Rules and Machine Discount Guidelines in effect for calendar year 2025.
• Approved orders will be eligible for Warchest subject to Warchest program rules.
• Dealer must be in good standing to be eligible for this sales program.
• Dealer must adhere to Competitive OEM Dealer Sales guidelines.
• The Promotion and its terms are strictly confidential. Dealer shall not disclose the Promotion to or discuss the terms of the Promotion with any third party.
• In its sole discretion, MLA may modify or cancel the Promotion at any time.
