“Our day usually starts with caffeine and a quick review of our shared task spreadsheet. From there, we decide what needs to be prioritized and divide and conquer. We work closely with multiple departments, so communication is huge. Before the day ends, we regroup and share status updates — the wins and the challenges.”
What’s One Thing That Makes Your Team Unique?
“Creativity. It shows up in everything — our designs, our writing, our problem-solving, our campaigns. No matter what we’re tackling, there’s always a creative approach behind it.”
Can You Share an Example of a Project Where Your Team Made a Big Impact?
“Email marketing has been a huge win. Investing in this area has helped us launch resources like the Hot Sheet, Customer Newsletters, Company Newsletters, and other communications employees now rely on. It’s helped us improve consistency, clarity, and connection across the board.”

“We all share the exact same Myers–Briggs personality type: ENFJ. It definitely explains why we work so well together.”

“Oh, we have a LOT. Some favorites include:
